Samenvatting

Het is niet toegestaan om voor hetzelfde specialisme parallel een zorgtype 11 (regulier) en zorgtype 13 (ICC) vast te leggen als de patiënt voor hetzelfde specialisme is opgenomen. 

Regelgeving / beleid

Wanneer na een ICC de behandeling van de patiënt wordt overgenomen of resulteert in een medebehandeling, mag geen ICC-subtraject worden geopend. Het zorgtype van het subtraject moet dan worden omgezet van zorgtype 13 (ICC) naar zorgtype 11 (regulier) en de ICC-diagnosecode naar de diagnosecode die hoort bij de te behandelen zorgvraag

Er is sprake van  “ICC in combinatie met reguliere zorg (N0355)” als aan de volgende selectie is voldaan: 

1) Alle ICC subtrajecten (zorgtype 13)


2) Een declarabel subtraject geopend of gesloten in controlejaar



3) Er is tijdens de looptijd van het ICC subtraject ook een regulier subtraject geopend voor hetzelfde patiëntnummer en hetzelfde specialisme


4) Direct aansluitend op het ICC subtraject is een regulier subtraject geopend voor hetzelfde patiëntnummer en hetzelfde specialisme

Berekening financiële impact

Indien het intercollegiale subtraject (ZT 13) volledig onterecht is geregistreerd, wordt het subtraject verwijderd en is de financiële impact de waarde van het verwijderde subtraject.
