Uitgangspunt bij de financiële impactbepaling is dat er terechte (afzonderlijke) consulten hebben hebben plaatsgevonden als er minimaal zoveel afspraken aanwezig zijn als consulten. Het aantal onterechte consulten wordt gelijkgesteld aan het aantal consulten op een dag minus het aantal afspraken die de patiënt heeft gehad op die dag.
