#Indien een hoofdbehandelaar met een bepaald beroep enkel onder formele leiding van bijvoorbeeld een psychiater of klinisch psycholoog hoofdbehandelaar mag zijn (MDO-constructie), moet deze binnen de GGZ-instelling deelnemen aan een gestructureerd multidisciplinair overleg waarbij tenminste ook een behandelaar met een dergelijk beroep betrokken is en waarbinnen op casusniveau de differentiaal diagnostische mogelijkheden en de behandelmogelijkheden worden besproken. Op het niveau van de individuele cliënt wordt er gekeken of de betreffende hoofdbehandelaar gedurende de periode dat hij/zij hoofdbehandelaar van de DBC was tegelijkertijd met een behandelaar met een beroep uit onderstaande tabel de cliënt heeft gesproken, gebeld of gemaild (directe tijd), dan wel heeft besproken (indirecte tijd).
