Voor ggz-instellingen geldt de volgende mogelijke inzet van regiebehandelaren in de generalistische basis-ggz:
  • GZ-psycholoog
  • Klinisch psycholoog /klinisch neuropsycholoog
  • Psychotherapeut
  • Verpleegkundig specialist ggz
  • Indien dementie de hoofddiagnose is: de specialist ouderengeneeskunde of klinisch geriater
  • Indien de hoofddiagnose verslaving en/of gokproblematiek betreft: de verslavingsarts

Binnen de generalistische basis-ggz is altijd een psychiater of klinisch psycholoog beschikbaar voor advies of consultatie.

Als het beroep van de hoofdbehandelaar niet voorkomt in de inkoopvoorwaarden inclusief addenda van de betreffende zorgverzekeraar, wordt deze prestatie als ondoelmatig aangemerkt.

Er is sprake van “Hoofdbehandelaarschap bGGZ – Privaat (N1951)” als aan de volgende selectie is voldaan:

1) Prestaties geopend in betreffende jaar


2) Prestatie bevat een door de verzekeraar onbevoegde hoofdbehandelaar

Berekening financiële impact
  • De financiële impact volgend uit het zelfonderzoek betreffende doelmatigheid kan voorafgaand aan het zelfonderzoek niet ingeschat worden. Indien inhoudelijk geen overeenstemming wordt gevonden, dan kan een zorgverzekeraar in bilateraal overleg binnen privaatrechtelijke afspraken tot een financiële impact komen. Ondoelmatige prestaties worden micro gecorrigeerd.
