Wet- en regelgeving

Interpretaties

De volgende interpretatiekeuzes zijn gemaakt:

  1. De DBC wordt volledig goedgekeurd als er in de DBC (in)directe tijd met één van de geregistreerde bevoegde regie-/hoofdbehandelaren is geregistreerd.
  2. Als er een afspraak in de toekomst is met de huidige regie-/hoofdbehandelaar wordt de DBC goedgekeurd. Afspraak moet binnen 365 dagen na openen DBC gepland zijn.
  3. Zorgtype 150 wordt bij deze controle meegenomen als zijnde vervolg DBC inzake de overgang naar DSM 5.
  4. Reguliere zorgtrajecten geopend tijdens of aansluitend op DBBC zorgtraject worden bij deze controle meegenomen.
  5. Reguliere zorgtrajecten geopend tijdens of aansluitend op een zorgtraject met een andere primaire diagnose worden bij deze controle meegenomen.
Programmeerbare norm

Er is sprake van  “Vervolg-DBC zonder (in)directe tijd regie-/hoofdbehandelaar (N2224)” als aan de volgende selectie is voldaan:

1) Alle DBC's uit de betreffende financieringsstroom


2) DBC’s met zorgtype:

  • 147 Overgang vanuit  jeugdwet
  • 150 Overgang DSM5
  • 201 (Langdurig periodieke) controle
  • 202 Voortgezette behandeling
  • 203 Uitloop
  • 204 Exacerbatie/recidive
  • 205 Bemoeizorg
  • 206 Rechterlijke machtiging (rm)
  • 211 Rechterlijke machtiging met voorwaarden

OF:
Er is sprake van:

  • Reguliere zorgtrajecten geopend tijdens of aansluitend op DBBC zorgtraject

OF

  • Reguliere zorgtrajecten geopend tijdens of aansluitend op een zorgtraject met een andere primaire diagnose.
