Samenvatting

Onterecht vastleggen ATLS traumaopvang – diagnosticeren en stabiliseren van verschillende typen (organische) letsels en/of perforaties.

Regelgeving / beleid

ATLS traumaopvang - diagnosticeren en stabiliseren vanverschillende typen (organische) letsels en/of perforaties onder verantwoordelijkheid van een ATLS gecertificeerd medisch specialist (039676)

De behandeling van de zwaarste categorie traumapatiënten (multitraumapatiënten met ISS >= 16) die opgevangen worden volgens de ATLS systematiek door een medisch specialist die bevoegd en bekwaam is in het diagnosticeren en stabiliseren van verschillende typen  (organische) letsels en/of perforaties.

Er zijn geen interpretaties keuzes gemaakt.

Programmeerbare norm

Er is sprake van  “Deelwaarneming - Vastleggen ATLS traumaopvang (N0508)” als aan de volgende selectie is voldaan: 

1) Alle zorgactiviteiten ATLS traumaopvang

2013: 190020

2014: 039676


2) Gekoppeld aan een declarabel subtraject geopend of gesloten in controlejaar

3) Meer dan XX% van de patienten op de SEH krijgt zorgactiviteit ATLS traumaopvang (2013: 190020, 2014: 039676)
Logica: 1 en 2 en 3 

Wanneer een zorgaanbieder buiten de bandbreedte valt dient het een schriftelijke toelichting te geven.
