2) Initële DBC's geopend vanaf 01-1-2020


3) Er is GEEN sprake van

1. Spoedzorg OF 
2. Start met crisis DBC/ DBC aansluitend op crisis zorgtraject OF

7. Overgang van 18- naar 18+ OF
