*Wanneer de BIG-registratie van behandelaren in het EPD van de instelling niet ingaat op de precieze datum van BIG-registratie (maar bijvoorbeeld op 1 januari) dienen ook BIG-geregistreerde beroepen meegenomen te worden.

#Toets of de zorgaanbieder een systeem heeft waarbij de datum van de BIG registratie ook de ingangsdatum in het systeem van de zorgaanbieder is. Indien in het systeem van de zorgaanbieder de ingangsdatum van de BIG registratie afwijkt van de officiële ingangsdatum dan dient de zorgaanbieder voor deze groep ook een deelwaarneming uit te voeren. Dus stel dat een basispsycholoog halverwege de looptijd van de DBC als BIG-geregistreerd GZ-psycholoog is ingeschreven, mag pas vanaf dat moment onder dit beroep tijd worden geregistreerd.
#Toets of de niet BIG geregistreerde medewerkers die tijd hebben geschreven op een DBC een diploma hebben van een beroep dat voorkomt op de beroepenlijst.
 
LET OP: De deelwaarneming betreft 10 DBC’s waarvan alle niet BIG geregistreerde behandelaren worden gecontroleerd. Toon van de bovenstaande behandelaren aan dat zij op het moment van registratie beschikten over een diploma. Bevindingen leiden tot een correctie van tijd op alle DBC’s waarop de betreffende behandelaar tijd heeft geregistreerd. Als blijkt dat sprake is van structurele bevindingen, dan moet de deelwaarneming uitgebreid worden met nog eens hetzelfde aantal deelwaarnemingen en zullen aanvullende vragen beantwoord moeten worden.
