1) Alle initiële DBC’s geopend in het desbetreffende jaar


2) DBC’s met hoofddiagnose Leesstoornis (as1_1.01.01)


3) Initieel DBC (zorgtype 1xx) is onrechtmatig wanneer er geen directe tijd geregistreerd is door een bevoegd hoofdbehandelaar conform Schipperslijst
