3) Er is GEEN sprake van

1. Spoedzorg OF 
2. Start met crisis DBC/ DBC aansluitend op crisis zorgtraject OF 
4. Start met justitieel traject OF 
7. Overgang van 18- naar 18+ OF 
8. Overgang van bGGZ naar sGGZ OF 
11. Start met gedwongen opname/ zorgtraject geopend
tijdens of aansluitend op zorgtraject gestart met gedwongen opname (WVGGZ) OF          De cliënt is in behandeling bij de aanbieder en zet deze direct voort na het beeindigen van de Wlz-indicatie.
