Toelichting op data-analyse m.b.t. controlemassa 1:
Per DBC wordt bepaald na hoeveel minuten totale tijd (direct en indirect, exclusief reistijd) een hoofdbehandelaar voor het eerst directe tijd schrijft. Deze hoeveelheid minuten wordt gecategoriseerd in staffels van 400 minuten (0-339, 400-799, etc) en uitgezet in een grafiek. De zorgaanbieder dient een toelichting te geven op de grafiek.
*Bepaal hoeveel minuten totale tijd (direct en indirect, exclusief reistijd) hoofdbehandelaars gezamenlijk conform Schippers lijst hebben geschreven op de DBC’s binnen de controlemassa
*Maak staffels van 10 minuten (0-9, 10-19, 20-29 etc.)
*Categoriseer deze tijd per DBC over de gedefinieerde staffels
*Bepaal hoeveel procent van de DBC’s binnen elke staffel valt
*Geef altijd een toelichting op de DBC’s die vallen in de eerste staffel van 0-9 minuten, waarbij je o.a. aansluit op de duur van de DBC, het type DBC, het zorgaanbod, het logistieke zorgproces, doelgroepen
