Voor alle dbc's gecontroleerd of er in het digitale patientendossier een verwijsbrief aanwezig is voor het zorgtraject, met als uitzondering: | *Een DBC is een Jeugd DBC als de client op de startdatum van de DBC jonger is dan achttien jaar, of als sprake is van een DBC met het zorgtype jeugdstrafrecht (zorgtype 117 en 212). | ||
