8.9 Tijdelijke regeling in het kader van de overheveling van zorg aan kinderen en jeugd per 2015
Voor een in 2014 gestart, maar nog niet afgerond, behandeltraject in de Basis GGZ voor een patiënt die per 1 januari 2015 onder de Jeugdwet valt, gelden tot en met 31 december 2014 de volgende declaratiebepalingen:
- Voor patiënten waarvan behandelinzet (directe en indirecte patiëntgebonden tijd) in 2014 maximaal 120 minuten bedroeg, moet de transitieprestatie worden gedeclareerd.
- Voor patiënten waarvan behandelinzet (directe en indirecte patiëntgebonden tijd) in 2014 minimaal 121 maar maximaal 294 minuten bedroeg, moet de prestatie BK worden gedeclareerd.
- Voor patiënten waarvan behandelinzet (directe en indirecte patiëntgebonden tijd) in 2014 minimaal 295 maar maximaal 495 minuten bedroeg, moet de prestatie BM worden gedeclareerd.
- Voor patiënten waarvan behandelinzet (directe en indirecte patiëntgebonden tijd) in 2014 meer dan 495 minuten bedroeg, moet de prestatie BI worden gedeclareerd.
