Voor een in 2014 gestart, maar nog niet afgerond, behandeltraject in de Basis GGZ voor een patiënt die per 1 januari 2015 onder de Jeugdwet valt, gelden tot en met 31 december 2014 de volgende declaratiebepalingen:
*Voor patiënten waarvan behandelinzet (directe en indirecte patiëntgebonden tijd) in 2014 maximaal 120 minuten bedroeg, moet de transitieprestatie worden gedeclareerd.
*Voor patiënten waarvan behandelinzet (directe en indirecte patiëntgebonden tijd) in 2014 minimaal 121 maar maximaal 294 minuten bedroeg, moet de prestatie BK worden gedeclareerd.
*Voor patiënten waarvan behandelinzet (directe en indirecte patiëntgebonden tijd) in 2014 minimaal 295 maar maximaal 495 minuten bedroeg, moet de prestatie BM worden gedeclareerd.
